The script you are using should come with it. Otherwise, add manually by following the below

1. Edit header.php and add this code above all codes.

<title>
<? if (isset($subtitle)) { echo $subtitle; } ?>
</title>

<meta name=”description” content=”<? if (isset($description)) { echo $description; } ?>”>

2. Now, edit all your pages, like index.php, about.php, contact.php, etc. and add this code at the top of all codes..

$subtitle = “Your Custom Title Here”;
$description = “Your Custom Description Here.”;
include(‘header.php’);
?>

Replace Your Custom Title Here with the page title and Your Custom Description Here with the page description.
