Yes but depends on the payment processing gateway you're using.

Eg if your vtu script support monify or vpay then your customers can generate virtual account number for automatic funding

Mine has monnify but the customer will have to do KYC before account number will be generated, but in some other vtu site customer doesn't need KYC to get account number when they register the account number is waiting for them already...

Yeah other site are using vpay, it doesn't require kyc from your customers.
But you will have to include the code yourself, no vtu has vpay payment option by default
