‘He’s been incredible,’ Owen said. ‘You’ve got a short career, and he simply has to be playing in the top flight. If an offer comes that’s genuinely compelling, I’ve been saying this for a long time – with Mo Salah gone, Bowen is the absolute perfect replacement for him at Liverpool.’
