Hello seniors in the house, Does theme prevent site from having backlinks or increase domain authority?

Because I have the blog is 1 month old and is still showing zero domain authority, zero backlinks even though I have received backlinks from other blogs

That has to do with domain quality or update thing. Nothing concerns themes with external things like backlinks.

Nothing to solve. It depends on several factors like competiveness of the niche, the keywords and the strengths of the domains. It can take weeks or months or years to see results. Depending.
