REQUEST How can I charge my Customer in Flat Rate Instead of %

please am using topupmate vtu script , if customer send money to the vitual account generated by monnify to fund themself it charges in percentage onlike other site that has a flat rate of either #30 or #50 please any one with the idea of how i can change it to flat rate help

The thing is monnify is using both the percentage and flat rate... If your customer fund above a certain limit it will implement the flat rate and below a certain limit it will implement the percentage... Because it does not make sense to charge percentage for let say 1 million naira 😕
