It should work, try it. It's now working on Abollyhost after I reduced the requirements. So, low configured hosts too should work.

5k credits is around 300 naira. Also, you get more credits if you subscribe to a hire plan. Buying 1k credits will only give you x3 discount. Buy higher plan for more credits and discounts. 1k credits is basically for testing.

Yes. Or if you have the knowledge, you can use the Mp3tagger Community plugin to create it. Hiring would cost way more.

The best option is to go for the Advanced Mp3tagger plugin, if you want to set up yours or purchase higher credits plan to enjoy x5 more discount with the Mp3tagger Community which also supports youtube music and Twitter audio.

Note: Advanced Mp3tagger doesn't support youtube music. Only Mp3tagger Community (this plugin) supports it, including mp4-tagger.
