The club managed to avoid relegation on the final matchday, concluding the campaign in 16th position with 47 points.
The Ilorin-based outfit described their season as a challenging battle marked by dedication and perseverance. They praised the collective spirit that helped them overcome difficulties and stay afloat in the top division.
In a statement released on Thursday, the club expressed their eagerness to return to Ilorin for the upcoming season, where they hope to reignite the passion of their home crowd. “We look forward to hearing the drums and seeing the stands full again,” the statement read. “Together, we endured. Kwara United also assured their fans of a stronger performance in the next NPFL season, vowing to make amends for the tense relegation battle they faced this term.
