NPFL: Kano Pillars Vow to Stick to Rebuilding Plan

Kano Pillars have expressed their unwavering determination to concentrate on the reconstruction process as they prepare for the 2026–27 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season. The club, commonly referred to as Sai Masu Gida, acknowledged that certain individuals and groups are spreading malicious and deceptive accusations. They stated that they are thoroughly examining each claim made publicly and will issue responses supported by evidence and verifiable documentation at the appropriate time.

According to the club, constructive criticism is vital for progress. However, they strongly denounced deliberate rumors, character defamation, and efforts to stir up unnecessary anxiety around the team. The ongoing transformation initiative aims to rebuild the club into a model football organization, founded on openness, responsibility, and a fresh dedication to superior performance.

As reported earlier, Kano Pillars’ General Manager Ahmed Musa disbanded the entire management team after the conclusion of the 2025–26 NPFL season. This move is part of the broader restructuring efforts to ensure the club moves in a new direction with a clean slate.
