Lolli Unveils Automatic Bitcoin Rewards for Linked Cards

Lolli Unveils Automatic Bitcoin Rewards for Linked Cards

Lolli has introduced a new feature that allows users to earn Bitcoin automatically when they shop with linked debit or credit cards. The company partnered with Kard, a commerce media network, to power this seamless rewards system. Over 600,000 Lolli account holders can now link their eligible Visa or Mastercard cards through the Lolli app and immediately start accruing Bitcoin on purchases at thousands of retailers, including Dropbox, Hydro Flask, and Stanley 1913. No browser extensions, coupon codes, or extra checkout steps are required, making the process effortless.

The Bitcoin earned is deposited directly into the user’s Lolli wallet and can be withdrawn via the Lightning Network or used within the Thesis Bitcoin ecosystem, such as spending through Bitrefill. This marks Lolli’s most significant product update since being acquired by Thesis last July. Thesis co-founder Matt Luongo explained that the goal was to let users link a card once and have Bitcoin appear in their wallet from spending they already planned to do.

Kard CEO Ben Mackinnon highlighted that Lolli’s audience is a unique consumer group in the rewards space, and the partnership gives merchants a fresh channel to reach them. The card-linking process uses Plaid, and rewards are triggered by both online and in-person transactions at participating merchants. This approach removes all friction from earning Bitcoin, as users don’t need to manage a separate crypto card or change their spending habits.

According to crypto.news’ guide on the best crypto cards, consumer interest in crypto-linked payments has grown in 2026 alongside clearer regulations. The Bitcoin price, around $77,000 at the time of writing, means that cashback earned now represents real-time market acquisition with potential for appreciation. Similar trends are seen with Revolut’s recent launch of a physical crypto card, indicating a shift toward making Bitcoin rewards a standard feature in everyday spending.

Wintermute Calls Ethereum Unsuitable for Current Macro, ETH Drops 10%

Wintermute Calls Ethereum Unsuitable for Current Macro, ETH Drops 10%

Market maker Wintermute has declared that Ethereum is not the right investment in today’s economic climate, as the cryptocurrency experienced a 10.2% decline this week. The firm points to rising Treasury yields and re-accelerating inflation as key factors making ETH unattractive. The ETH/BTC ratio has slipped to approximately 0.0275, reflecting a broader trend of underperformance in both spot and derivatives markets. Wintermute notes that traders are shifting away from smart-contract platforms toward safer crypto assets. The current macroeconomic environment, characterized by higher real yields and persistent inflation, is hostile to long-duration assets like Ethereum, whose value depends on future fee growth from DeFi and other applications. The firm warns that even being long Bitcoin is a risky bet, as it assumes institutions will ignore rising yields and return to crypto markets. Wintermute emphasizes that crypto is now behaving like a high-beta extension of equity and credit risk, with AI-linked stocks and tokens absorbing available capital. This leaves digital assets in a state of high volatility but low spot demand, as ETF outflows and US selling pressure persist. The firm’s 2026 outlook suggests the traditional four-year crypto cycle is over, replaced by a regime driven by institutional flows and product infrastructure. Until ETF mandates broaden and major allocators reconsider crypto as macro collateral, both Bitcoin and Ethereum face headwinds. In this context, Ethereum’s combination of long duration, unproven fee growth, and fading narrative momentum makes it particularly vulnerable, according to Wintermute.

ActiveLayer: AI-Powered Form Spam Blocker for WordPress

ActiveLayer: AI-Powered Form Spam Blocker for WordPress

Spam can be a real headache for any WordPress site owner, especially when it comes to forms and comments. You want to keep your site free of junk submissions, but you don’t want to force your genuine visitors to jump through hoops like solving puzzles or clicking on traffic lights. That’s where ActiveLayer comes in—a new tool designed to identify spam instantly without adding any friction for real users.

Think about the last time you filled out a contact form and had to prove you weren’t a robot. It’s annoying, and many people simply leave. Studies suggest that CAPTCHAs can cause up to 40% of users to abandon a form before submitting it. ActiveLayer changes that by working silently in the background, analyzing submissions in milliseconds and returning a verdict faster than a typical database query. Your visitors fill out a form, click submit, and move on—no delays, no lost leads.

We built ActiveLayer because existing spam solutions often fall short. Some are slow, taking two seconds or more to decide, which kills conversions. Others are too expensive, especially for small businesses managing multiple sites. And many lack transparency—you never know why something was marked as spam. ActiveLayer solves these problems by providing a confidence score with every decision, so you understand exactly how certain the system is about its verdict. If it ever gets something wrong, you can send feedback to help improve future detection.

The tool works seamlessly with all popular WordPress form plugins like WPForms, Gravity Forms, Contact Form 7, and Elementor Forms. You don’t need to rebuild anything—just install the free plugin from WordPress.org, enter your API key, and enable protection per form with a simple checkbox. It also integrates with any custom platform via a clean REST API, supporting Node.js, Python, PHP, Laravel, and more.

ActiveLayer is designed with small businesses in mind. While many spam tools charge per site, ActiveLayer offers unlimited sites on every plan. The Pro plan starts at just $4 per month (billed yearly) for 5,000 spam checks—that’s less than $0.07 per day. There’s also a free plan that includes 1,000 one-time checks for unlimited sites, with full API access and no credit card required.

Managing multiple WordPress sites is easy with ActiveLayer’s centralized dashboard. You can monitor spam protection across all your sites from one place, invite team members, and view client-level reports—no more juggling separate settings for each site.

We’re just getting started and have big plans for the future. Our goal is to make ActiveLayer the best spam protection for WordPress by listening to user feedback and building features that people actually need. If you’ve been putting off improving your spam protection because existing solutions were too expensive or complicated, give ActiveLayer a try. The free plan is genuinely free, and you can start protecting your forms and comments in just a few minutes.

Arteta to Root for Bournemouth Against Man City

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has openly declared his support for Bournemouth in their upcoming match against Manchester City, a fixture that could determine the Premier League title. Speaking after Arsenal’s narrow 1-0 victory over Burnley, Arteta expressed his hope that Bournemouth can secure a result against the reigning champions. The Gunners are on the verge of clinching the league title, and any slip-up by City at the Vitality Stadium would hand Arsenal the championship.

Arteta, who shares a close bond with Bournemouth head coach Andoni Iraola—a childhood friend—emphasized the significance of the game for his former club. Bournemouth enter the contest on an impressive 16-match unbeaten streak, adding to the intrigue. When asked if he would be cheering for the Cherries, Arteta responded enthusiastically, calling himself their “biggest fan ever.” He added, “For Andoni, all the players, and the supporters, we are all behind them because we understand the stakes.”

The outcome of Tuesday’s clash will be pivotal, as Arsenal look to capitalize on City’s potential misstep to secure their first Premier League title in years.

Arsenal on the Verge of Premier League Glory After Bournemouth vs Man City

Arsenal on the Verge of Premier League Glory After Bournemouth vs Man City

Arsenal are on the cusp of securing the Premier League title for the first time in 22 years, and the confirmation could come as soon as Tuesday night. The Gunners have inched closer to the championship following a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Burnley on Monday, courtesy of a first-half header from Kai Havertz.

With just one match remaining—a trip to Crystal Palace—Mikel Arteta’s side holds a five-point lead over Manchester City. The fate of the title now hinges on City’s away clash against Bournemouth on Tuesday. The Cherries are desperate for points as they chase European qualification for next season.

Should Pep Guardiola’s team drop any points at the Vitality Stadium, Arsenal will be crowned champions immediately. This potential outcome has sent excitement through the Arsenal fanbase, who have endured a long wait since the Invincibles era.

Remarkably, Arsenal have topped the table for a total of 556 nights since the 2022-23 season—over 200 more than any other club in that period, including Liverpool, who have managed 355 nights at the summit.

All eyes will be on Bournemouth’s home ground come Tuesday, as the Premier League title race reaches its climax.

Wolves Face Tough Decision on Arokodare After Relegation

Wolves Face Tough Decision on Arokodare After Relegation

Tolu Arokodare’s stint at Wolverhampton Wanderers appears to be approaching an early conclusion after the club’s relegation from the Premier League. The Nigerian striker, who arrived at Molineux last summer from Belgian side KRC Genk for a fee of €24 million, managed only three goals in 28 top-flight appearances.

According to talkSPORT, the 25-year-old is expected to depart on loan during the upcoming transfer window. Wolves officials believe finding a permanent buyer will be challenging given his modest goal return in England’s top division. The forward’s current market value is estimated at around €18 million, a significant drop from the amount paid just a year ago.

Arokodare’s lack of impact was a contributing factor to Wolves’ struggles, and the club now faces the task of reshaping their squad for life in the Championship. A temporary move could allow him to regain form and potentially attract suitors, but his long-term future at Molineux remains highly uncertain.

Eden Hazard Reveals Why He Avoided Cristiano Ronaldo’s Shirt Number at Real Madrid

Eden Hazard Reveals Why He Avoided Cristiano Ronaldo's Shirt Number at Real Madrid

Eden Hazard has opened up about his refusal to wear the iconic number 7 jersey at Real Madrid, a shirt previously owned by Cristiano Ronaldo. The Belgian playmaker, who joined Los Blancos in 2019 for €100 million, admitted he never intended to carry the burden of replacing the Portuguese star.

In a candid interview with Canal Plus, Hazard explained that his signing was about carving his own identity rather than filling Ronaldo’s shoes. “I arrived to be Eden, not to be the new Ronaldo,” he said. Injuries and fitness struggles plagued his four-year stint in Madrid, but Hazard insists his mindset was never about emulating his predecessor.

Hazard further revealed his preference for Luka Modric’s number 10 shirt, but the Croatian midfielder declined to hand it over. “I asked for 10, but Modric kept it. So I ended up with number 7, even though I didn’t want it,” Hazard disclosed.

The former Chelsea star’s time at Real Madrid fell short of expectations, with just seven goals and 12 assists in 76 appearances. However, Hazard noted that he takes pride in his decision to stay true to his own style rather than imitate Ronaldo.
