Nigerian music star Peter Okoye, better known as Mr P and one half of the now-defunct P-Square, has responded firmly to recent calls for his retirement from the music scene. Addressing critics during a chat with The Beat FM Lagos, the 44-year-old artist made it clear that age is no barrier to pursuing a musical career.

According to him, the concept of retirement does not exist in the world of music.
