Arthur Okonkwo Can't Wait to Feature for Super Eagles

London-born goalkeeper Arthur Okonkwo has expressed his excitement about the prospect of representing the Super Eagles of Nigeria. The 24-year-old shot-stopper, who previously turned out for England at youth levels, recently received clearance from FIFA to change his international allegiance.

Okonkwo is expected to be called up for the upcoming Unity Cup tournament later this month, and he is eager to make his debut for the three-time African champions. Speaking on NFF TV, he said: “It’s a great honor to be considered for your country. I’m thrilled and cannot wait to get started.”

The talented goalkeeper, who qualifies for Nigeria through his parents, has been a standout performer for his club and now looks set to add depth to the Super Eagles’ goalkeeping options. His inclusion would be a boost for the team as they prepare for future competitions.
