Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin, the founder of Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministry, has been honoured with an award of tourism by a Nigerian Tourism Commission for his love for humanity.

The award was presented to the Prophet yesterday at a colourful ceremony in Warri, Delta State which was attended by tourism experts, government officials and other dignitaries.

Speaking at the ceremony, the commended Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin for his contributions towards promoting peace and harmony among Nigerians. It's a fact that the Prophet’s humanitarian efforts have not gone unnoticed, and he deserved to be honoured for his selfless service to the country.

Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin was also commended for his efforts in organizing prayer sessions and other spiritual activities that have attracted tourists from various parts of the world to Nigeria. The prophet’s ministry has become a hub for religious tourism, with thousands of visitors coming from different countries to participate in prayer programs and other spiritual activities.



In his remarks, Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin expressed his gratitude to the Nigeria Tourism Commission for the honour bestowed on him. He said that the award would spur him on to do more for humanity, and he promised to continue to work for the good of all Nigerians.



The Prophet’s recognition by the Tourism Commission is seen as a fitting tribute to an individual whose contributions to the development of religious tourism in Nigeria have been immense. The famous Nigerian prophet claimed that the incident was orchestrated by God who earlier gave him an instruction to build a church auditorium.


According to him, God’s anger over his disobedience to the instruction may have led to the inferno that destroyed several properties in the church.

“If I was not expecting this incident before, I would have asked God questions. God told me this thing is coming.

“The Lord had told me, Go and build my house. Where you are using currently is not a church house, it is just a partner house.

The prophet said his lackadaisical attitude towards the instructions angered God to destroy the auditorium, stating that he is now ready to build the church.

It is also beautiful to watch as Nigerians at the scene of event demonstrated love, care, empathy and sympathy towards the Man of God who has giving out so much love to humanity

An old video, making the round on social media has given an indication that Nigerian popular Prophet, Jeremiah Fufeyin foresaw the outcome of the 2023 Elections, won by the APC' Bola Tinubu.

In the video made during a service on the 11th December 2022, Fufeyin, who's the founder of Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministry in Warri, the prophet noted that he saw in video the drama that unfolded during the election.

According to him, while people were at the verge of jubilating the win of a candidate, another announcement overshadowed the election.

“This prophecy is about Nigeria’s forthcoming presidential election. Write it down. Mark it because the internet never forgets,” Fufeyin said.

He stated that there were going to attack and crisis before the election, noting “before the election there will be attack and bloodshed.
Speaking about the election day, Fufeyin said God had directed him to pray for the youth as he saw youths fighting and killing themselves.

“I am seeing destruction of ballot boxes. I see gunshots,” he said.
Fufeyin noted that while people voted heavily and clamoured for a candidate, an announcement that surpassed their euphoria dashed their enthusiasm.
While most youth had projected the win of the Labour Party candidate, INEC declared Tinubu as the winner.


“The Lord told me that in less than six months even if the winner was not expected and sick, there will be a change. The Lord has held our cry, what we are passing through, this person who will be on the seat, will bring a change for good in six months, he said in the video.
